We want you to be happy with your purchase from Eco-Products. If you are dissatisfied, you may return or exchange your item by mail.
Returns are accepted within 7 days of purchase. However, only full case quantities can be returned. We do not accept returns of pack or sleeve quantities. Stock products can be returned, this must be arranged with us within 7 days of receiving your order. Should the products you receive be damaged the return will be arranged at our cost, if products aren’t damaged or defective there will be a collection and restocking fee deducted from your refund. We do not accept any returns without prior arrangement.
A 25% restocking fee will be assessed on all returns, in addition product must be received in re-salable condition. Customer is responsible for return shipping fees to originating warehouse. We do not refund shipping costs or credit card fees.
How to return an item:
- 1. Find your Sales Order # or Internet Order #.
- 2. Please send an email to pp-inquiries@novolex.com to request an RMA number.
- 3. We'll refund the credit card used on the originating transaction (less the restocking fees or any shipping charges) once the item has been returned to our warehouse, minus any restocking fees.
- 4. Damaged or opened cases will not be refunded.
